SCALE OF CHARGES NO VAT
SERVICE OPTIONS:
Tenant Find Only: £375 payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced by The Facilitator. This will be invoiced and payable on the tenant details being accepted by The Landlord.
Let Only: £450 payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Facilitator. Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of tenancy.
Back Office Management £495.00 Set up fee Payable in advance, this includes, Advertising the property, Viewings, Tenancy Agreement, Moving
the Tenant into the property, Reference Checks, Inventory. (Subject to Negotiation)
Management Take Over
Standard management take over with existing tenants in situ is £100.00 per property this will include any prescribed documents missing and a new tenancy with the existing tenants shall be served 2 days prior to the resign of there tenancy, with a free property appraisal.
The Landlord Collects the Rents but pays the Facilitator at a fixed rate of 10% PCM No VAT of the rental income regardless if rent has come in or not, plus any services provided below.
